Very nice place. Lots of room and in a good area. The showers are a little small and inaccessibile for someone in a wheelchair. Be sure to bring or buy a shower chair if you are paraplegic

Absolutely best B&B in Scotland. Agnes very welcome reception and hospitality was second to none. Clean and very well a pointed room and with residents kitchen for food you cook or order in was great. Breakfast was of quality produce no micowave food. All in all most relaxing and refreshing visit. Would stay at this place before any budget hotel miles away from Brechin. Thank you Agnes for the best experience of the year.
