Arrived 3 minutes after lunch times with a very hungry son but the staff were quick to remove all remnants of lunch and he was stuck with a bag of popcorn instead while we waited for his granny to have treatment . Not very pleasant or helpful staff but nice looking cafe. We would go back if it was more welcoming and staff were helpful. My son definitely did not hold back on being hungry and the leftover chips were even removed in front of us despite his protests. We sat there for 45 minutes at least.

Less than 1.50 for a cappuccino and same for a cake, and pleasant staff can't beat it
This is a lovely staff/public canteen. It's always clean and the staff on the whole are helpful and friendly. The prices are very reasonable and the apple crumble is awesome! Worth a look if you are visiting the hospital. Bonus, it also as free WiFi.Update- They no longer offer hot desserts such as apple crumble and custard. For this I had to knock off a star.
